If in the sad event the goods reach you and you feel they are not satisfactory our Refund / cancellation policy is as follows:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery - as our goods are perishable you must notify us within 24 hours that they are unsatisfactory - we will rectify this problem as soon as we can - but please be patient with us at busy times of the year such as Christmas - all of our customers are valubale and we can assure you we will be doing all we can to rectify the problem.  Please if you can do this via email so we have a record of your complaint.

Do not dipose of the goods - we will arrange to have them uplifted - we may ask you to pop them in the freezer until the courier can uplift.

Once uplifted we will refund your payment including courier cost in full or if you prefer we can replace the products at no extra cost.

You can cancel your order at any time prior to the date of delivery and we will issue you with a full refund.

At busy times of year, such as Christmas time, please be aware that once the goods leave our farm, we have very little control over what happens until they reach your address.  We offer a next day delivery service however on the run up to Christmas couriers can be delivering until midnight the next day - we will ofcourse be doing all we can to ensure your goods reach you in a timeous manner - but please be open to the fact that at this time of year, when large volumes of parcels are whirring around the country, that things do not always go to plan.  If you are unhappy with your goods when they arrive please contact us so we can arrange an uplift and refund your purchase in full.

If your parcel is not delivered by 4pm on the designated delivery date - PLEASE let us know so we can chase the courier - Alternatively you can contact your nearest Uk mail depot for an update.  You should have received an email from us prior to despatch with your consignment number and uk mail should have contacted you also with an estimated delivery time.

If your parcel is delayed and not delivered next day and you no longer wish your order - please inform us straight away and we will arrange for the courier to return it to us - and we will refund your payment.

Delivery Policy:

Our Courier is Uk mail - they will email you on the date of delivery - 22nd December - with an estimation of a delivery time that day.

All of our goods are delivered in chilled thermal boxes
