This year as we are offering 3 bird roasts again - this will consist of one of our Free range geese, pheasant, chicken and our Pork Sauasage Meat stuffing recipe. The birds are wrapped in streaky bacon - ready just to roast.
All of the main bird is boneless so it is much easier to carve - and there is more meat.
All of our birds will come oven ready with a recipe.
